Interesting part about that is the lap car was Mike Fedorcek, which somehow ended up 3rd on the lead lap. I think they need transponders to help score. I can't imagine trying to score these races...

Does anyone know what ever happened to the pavement sprint cars that Kalitta drove back in the mid '90's? I believe they were built by Streicher.
