I don't think I can give total blame to the 92 car. I think he was throwing the slider on the 88 car and if you watch the video, the 99 car pushes slightly that slows his momentum in that corner....

Steve-the yellow was thrown after the third place car crossed the line. That is when the yellow button was hit on the transponder system. Ask them and they will gladly tell you.
