How many wheel covers have flown off lately? I'd sure think it is "safer" to have easier access to give the lug not one last check or monitor air PIS without xtra steps...(it is not legal to do this electronically any type of way yet in short track racing is it?)

What did I miss? What's the reason behind adding more fasteners to a wheel cover? How much does it really take to hold those few ounces of carbon fiber on anyway??
