mini sprints at the burg

I asked the person running the lawrenceburg booth at the cavalcade car show if they were running mini sprints this year and she said no. I hope this isn't true.

Schedule is out and there are no mini sprints on it.....what a shame, there are many young drivers that have come from this class and moved up to sprint cars. Not sure what happened, I guess pure stocks and hornets are more exciting...LOL.

Well unless there is something wrong with my phone, the schedule only goes until the end of July, so maybe there will be Mini-Sprints in August or September.

Yea the mini Sprint champ for 2012 has moved up to Sprint cars for 2013. I doubt the same can be said for the hornet champion. If you want Sprint cars to be your main attraction I'm not sure why you wouldn't want a developmental class.

Maybe, but I don't see much sense in running someplace where we get a couple of dates late in the season like last year....one race in August and a race in September that was rained out.

Disappointing that we won't spend a single race weekend at the track right down the street from us.

I pulled it up on the website and it only goes through July. Nothing listed for August or September.
