They say 9am but usually don't start till 9:30 or so. You don't want to miss any hot laps either, most exciting part of the day sometimes.

I hope they have a safe and fast 100 miles, cause soon as it's over I'm coming back to Indy. I'm going to the Indy Mile to watch the AMA bikes. Going to be a long day, but well worth it.

Would love to see that Silver Crown "last chance" race, but I unfortunately doubt they will have the car count to support it

Predictions on mod car count / I'll say 15

We'll be in our usual seats Saturday for the Bettenhausen 100.

What a great racing weekend this is! The Bettenhausen 100 sandwiched between 2 POWERi races at Lincoln & Mighty Macon, both an easy drive from The Fairgrounds in Springfield.

And for our fender lovin' friends there is the 50th running of the Allen Crowe Memorial 100 for the ARCA Cup style stockers on Sunday.

Although the Bettenhausen 100 is most assuredly the highlight of our weekend I must admit the ARCA boys & girls, as often as not, are a great show on the hallowed dirt of The Springfield Mile.

Pullin' out Wednesday to camp at The Fairgrounds, we look forward to this weekend of racing all year!
