3WL Covers the Racing Off-Season

While most racers and race fans have an off season, here at 3 Wide Life we follow the action year round. This weeks episode covers some of the most exciting off season race events that occurred this winter. We started off traveling up to on of our favorite race cities, Indianapolis for the most hardcore racing tradeshow in the nation - IMIS where we got to see the newest race equipment and innovative technology displayed to all the attendees gearing up for their 2012 season. While in Indy we also attended the first annual Celebrity Kart Race at Conseco Field House hosted by three time NASCAR Champion Tony Stewart where NASCAR stars including Stewart, A.J. Allmendinger, Austin Dillon challenge the Indycar stars for a day of good competition and fun. After we wrapped up in Indy we headed south to another one of our favorite race cities, Daytona, FL for the Rolex 24 Hours race with Rick Ware Racing where they ran the race for the first time with a car they developed in house.
