I just recently added the following awards...

Mini/Micro Sprints Driver of the year
TQ Midget Driver of the year
Modified Driver of the year
Race Fan of the year

Nominations for these awards will begin today and end Dec 24th. The final vote will take place December 26 - January 2

The final voting for the following awards ends December 13th

Sprint car driver of the year
Midget Driver of the year
Rookie Driver of the year
Most Improved Driver of the year
Track of the year
Promoter of the year
Team of the year
Manufacturer of the year
Race of the year
Best Track Food

Look for an announcement very soon about the actual presentation of this years IOW awards.

I am pleased to announce that Hoosier Tire will be providing embroidered jackets to each winner. The awards will be presented to each winner during the Indy Circle Track Expo at the Indiana State Fairgrounds on January 29th.

As of right now, D.O. Laycock or Craig Dori will handle the award presentations. I am scheduled to undergo another surgery on January 6th, so it is my goal to be well enough to help present the awards, but considering the nature of the surgery combined with the complications that go along with being a 16 year cancer patient... that might prove to be too difficult.

I would like to thank D.O. Laycock, Craig Dori and Hoosier Tire for their efforts in giving the IOW Awards life.

GOOD LUCK BILL..... will be thinking about yeah... but this new project we are coming out with here soon will help keep your mind off of it

Our thoughts and prayers will continue for you Bill. We have to find a cure for this dreaded disease. It has affected way too many and continues to corp its ugly head.
