I know, I know, it's wings. It is really good footage though. Holy cow, look at the holes coming out of turn 2. Looks like some of our streets in Springfield.

what is the track record there for the winged sprint cars?

I guess Jason Sides ran a 28.058 there Friday. That is 128.319 mph. I don't know if that is a record, but they haven't run there in ten years, so it's a possibility.

i think its billy pauch 144 mph. jason sides didnt seem to thrilled about the track if u have seen his comments after the dash.

I don't think that is even close to the track record, it was way faster than that. They was lucky no-one got hurt on that cow pasture of a track.

I think the Silver Crown track record is about 28 at Springfield, so those winged 410's were really tiptoeing around that place. I don't blame them when the track looks like that.

im on my phone so i cant post a link i seen it on a syracuse news paper sight i think. theres a clip of what he said on hoseheads to. sorry i cant help you very much.
