Winged Sprints At Salem Saturday Night

Saturday 11 a.m. – the sun is out in Salem, Indiana, and we’re going racing tonight at Salem Speedway. Just talked to Jim Hanks from Must See Racing and all indications are 25 to 30 winged sprint cars should be on hand for the Winged Sprint Spectacular. Also, the season opener for Super Stocks and Street Stocks. Gates open at 3 p.m., first race 7 p.m.

Tonight at Salem Speedway, three drivers surpassed Kevin Feeney's old track record of 14.377 seconds. Jacob Wilson ran a 14.351, Troy DeCaire at 14.299 and Salem Speedway's new track record holder, Jason Blonde, ran a 14.224!

Rumor has it that Hurryin' Hank Lower is starting on the pole of the "A" Feature at historic Salem Speedway tonight -- the race has started -- I will try to list the results as soon as I can...
