Nice move Kevin :applaud::applaud::applaud:

It is about time USAC started addressing their problems and you have to give a hand to the new managment for activily trying to bring the sport to the future

Any news on how the policy will be carried out?

So what is the Policy? I can not find it on their web site. If it posted on the site, sorry I missed it. Why come out with the statement and not post it? Hope they do not make it up as they go.

Hope it is better than MLB's

At last year's Salem race, I overheard Greg Staab say that drug testing is coming and is a done deal. Looks like he was telling the truth. We'll see.

Glad to see that they are testing now to bad it has come to this hope the testing is done fair and equal to everyone and penalities applied equal to.Just wish they had a test for some of the brain dead moves some drivers make a lot of how can you test for that.The last thing I hope they would consider is at each race during the drivers meeting that they strictly talk about racing with respect for your fellow drivers that would stop a lot of things right there if the driver can not figure this out then park them.

I continue to be impressed by what I see from the new leadership.
This is a home run.

Great news. Thank you USAC for stepping up to the plate. Now if only all other organizations and local tracks will follow your lead. This is a major issue that needs to be taken care of. Thanks to USAC again for caring about their competitors.:thumb

I'm all for it. However, I would like to have seen a 30 day notice though, there may be some drivers that get labeled as druggies simply because they are not at the Copper. "Why wasnt so and so there?" "I guess he couldnt pass a drug test." Oh well, probably overthinking it.
