ROSSBURG, Ohio – July 12, 2013 – Kerry Madsen powered to victory on Friday night in the Knight Before the Kings Royal at Eldora Speedway to win for the second time in the past three World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series events at the historic half-mile oval in rural western Ohio.
