3/27 MPD Racing BOSS "Let's Go 30" $3K to win/$350 to start

The green flag is scheduled to fly on the 2021 MPD Racing - Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series on Saturday, March 27th at Waynesfield Raceway Park! The night will be dedicated to the memory of Waynesfield / BOSS fan, Russell Cook, who passed away on August 5th of 2019. The many friends and race fans who knew Russ were familiar with his "LET'S GO" shouts from the grandstands. With the help of his daughter, Lynn Cook, a special purse has been established for the first ever "Let's Go 30".

The main event winner will take home $3,000 with additional money added throughout the entire field, making it $350 to start and $150 tow money for B-Main non transfers. Overall, $2,500 has been added to the already increased 2021 BOSS payout. Many racers have been fortunate to get some help from Lynn Cook, known as "A Racer's Friend" who was, at one time, the sponsor of the BOSS "Hard Luck Award". Now, in memory of her father, every driver in the BOSS program will see extra cash.

Waynesfield Raceway Park's owner, Greg Shobe, promoter, Shane Helms and BOSS promoter, Aaron Fry, are all committed to running a timely and efficient program. However, as the BOSS main event is pushed out for the scattered start, race fans will be encouraged to start Mr. Cook's chant, "LET'S GO!!!"

In keeping with tradition, the MPD Racing BOSS tour will again pay heat race cash courtesy of TCB Speed, Hawk Brakes, MSD Ignitions, ARP Fasteners, and Comp Cams. Seven bonus awards will be paid out nightly by The Bridge Restaurant of Sidney, Apple Metal Polishing, Cowen Truck Line, All Pro Cylinder Heads, Hoosier Tire Midwest, All Star Performance, and Accu-Force Dynos & Testers.

The complete BOSS main event purse for this event will be: 3000, 1200, 800, 700, 600, 550, 475, 450, 425, 400, 380, 360, 350, 350, 350, 350, 350, 350, 350, 350. Any driver who competes in the program but fails to make the main event will be guaranteed $150. BOSS does NOT require cars to take the green flag in the B in order to get tow money.
