Where was it found if you don’t mind, May jar a recollection of someone. Many cars in those days people knew by where the car was last raced out of.

1951 #51 Bud Sennett driver, Joseph Barzda entrant, Maserati, wrecked qualifying.

Ah, the Maserati IndyCars! They were the choice piece for The Speedway of the Chicago mob. It's a peculiar, and highly interesting story. There was an entertaining video on Amazon Prime on this subject, but alas, it's currently "unavailable". There is this podcast produced by the same folks, however:
