Not in Indiana but crazy story. IRA at Oshkosh tonight. Overwatered the track (with a hose) before hot laps. Had to wait to get on. They tried hot laps but still too wet. Ended up cancelling with rain in the forecast after a long delay.
Bill Balog posted he's never seen so much water put on a track right before hot laps.
