Looks like first trip to Williams Grove at end of month on way to New York with my son. Will be my farthest track visit to the East.(out of about 130) Hope to hit the Joliet-Route 66 Thursday night gig at end of April also.

While I admit I'm really looking forward to screaming engines and burned alcohol fumes, what gets me through it is the best sport that doesn't require an engine. Hockey! Now as a HUGE fan I will say the season is too long (I will have made a few race's before they raise the cup) but it certainly fills the void as far as entertainment during the off season. The Stanley Cup playoffs are as intense as any competition there is, barring maybe bubble day at the speedway back when it meant something

I was also reading where it is a 5:15 p.m. start, not a mid-day/mid-noon start. Sunday.

Who do most Indiana hockey fans support? Mixed bag? I'd imagine there are some Wings fans up north. I'm right outside of St. Louis in Illinois and i'm a huge Blues fan!
