That's true but I get tire of the PR spin instead of facts. Here are the results from the 2015 season and the car counts.

I agree, lets not confuse facts with the myth. The myth is that POWRi always has great car counts and USAC does not. The fact is both POWRi and USAC have had shows where car counts was an issue, and both have had shows with great car counts. There was a run this summer that POWRi had several shows where they only had 13-15 cars in their own backyard.

Vukie, thanks for doing the research on the car counts. I love the work both sanctions do but in reality powri is a regional series where as usac is a national series. I just hope they can find common ground on a few race's and not schedule against each other on the big shows

Never did see the Hut at Terre haute, but did go when it was held at Haubstaugt, and absolutely loved it, really wish Tommy would bring it back to tri state.

Don't know if the Hut will be back at Haubstadt. First year they had it was when PowrI and USAC were at war over motor size or something, remember they got just 34 cars , and not a bunch fans . Next two years the weather was the culprit as it rained all around the track but not at the track, once again no fans, but great racing , the last time again the racing couldn't be beat , but low on fans so they let it go and who could blame them , I don't. I was glad to see it picked up by Granite City, but think they have had bad luck with this show and the weather also.

Putnamville, Lawrenceburg and the Indy Mile were also Hut 100 homes.

If Putnamville wanted it, I am sure they would have it. It has been a money loser, which makes it tough to get a taker.
