I really havent followed Nascar much for the past 13 years yet everytime I see the subject on an open wheel board I read it. I dont know why. I guess its like a train wreck....I just cant turn away. I hate it....I am not helping matters by acknowledging these posts....I JUST CANT STOP

Yes. The only problem is that now we are back up to 50 cars on the entry list again with teams selling their old Gen6 cars from last year.

At least $30,000. Oddly enough, the Wood Brothers' 2009 business model was running only the 10 richest races, and using a free pass PCP from Bill Elliott so theres no way they would lose money:

-Daytona 500 $282,007. Indy400: $134,000. Texas $111,000. Texas Fall $103,000. Las Vegas $93,000. Lowe's Fall $89,000. Bristol $88,000. Kansas $83,000. Fontana $82,900.

-Worst 2009 payouts: Homestead $48,000. Watkins Glen $45,000 with damages. Phoenix $55,000. Martinsville $58,000 with damages. A few others were awful too

Thanks, I just added the Keselowski #92 disaster and next will be the xxxtreme motorsports #44. Both hired Scott Riggs at one point or another, the other went with a smooth talking Setzer who had three identical crashes at Martinsville.

I think there is some more money being made as a Start and Park team. The big money teams need to have them in the race so they can get them in front or behind them in the pits. Remember, they run to the first yellow or tires give out then they're gone leaving an open pit stall. Wonder how much money Hendricks, Gibbs, TSR, Penske, etc . . . . . Pay those teams for their pit spot? Maybe an engine deal, cash, pit crew help, room and board, does anybody know? It's almost like having having another team car at the race.

OK, enough of this NASCAR crap........ Heading to Florida for the sprint cars at Bubba's. . . . . Hope to see you all there for some real racing . . . .
