Outstanding Contribution to the Sport Award: Glenn Howard, no more a fitting tribute for a great guy. Hoosiers don't know much about Glenn but if you did this one wouldn't even have any other candidates.

Justyne Hamblin was a rookie with SCRA this past season. She's a pretty good little driver. She's from Hanford Ca, and came out of the micro ranks. That said, i don't think she's quite in Bland's class at this point.
