Very unfortunate ordeal.Prayers go out to the family from ours.I can hear them from my house and wondered why they stopped so early and never started again. Then I got a call from a good friend who also runs out there. There is a article on the Anderson Speedway website and a obituary for him.Keep his whole family in your prayers. The website says it seems the hood flew up and somehow hung the throttle wide open and he hit the turn 3 wall where the cars come out on the track.I dont know what it is going to take for Anderson to address this problem. There has been so many bad accidents at that spot in the track something needs to be done before anyone else gets killed.

thoughts and prayers go out to the family. WIlliam was a good driver, seen him win in several different types of cars. Watched him and his son battle it out a few weeks ago at the CRA race.
