I seem to remember that back in the mid '90's, there was a USAC show scheduled there. We towed up from Ludlow, IL only to find out it had been rained out. Could be this is when USAC was doing the wing thing that failed for them. The mind gets foggier with age.......:2:

That was a Gerry Olson promotion, 1998 or 1999. I drove through some rain getting there that day.
