Wasn't Pickens ahead when they threw the red? Lap 25 was never completed either. Shouldn't Larson have gone to the infield for doing a 360 like the car that had to earlier in the race? Technically, they should have all gone to the infield leaving no cars to finish the race and Pickens should have won because he was ahead when the red was thrown. Larson was smart to ignore the red go to the other end of the track to some 360s and jump out acting like he won.

Either way Kyle wins because it goes back to scoring of the last completed lap not moment of red. They shouldn't have thrown the red immediately with only 3 cars on circuit.

Two flipped one did a 360 they are all out no winner? Go back to the last lap if you want there are still no cars left.

I guess the call for Larson was made because he was the only car that likely could have restarted.

Most rules state "stop" on the track, a 360 is still in motion, still moving, still racing, it has happened to me a couple of times, and that was how it was handled by the flagman, right or wrong, and I didn't argue.

Here's a solid explanation from Spridge that I copied off of FB:
"Just for clarification, a car only goes to the tail if a 360 is what CAUSES a caution. In this case, we were already red for the flipping car. As for who should have won - we probably should have made the three of them run a lap on foot to decide it." |

Pickens would have won a foot race by a straightaway if he wasn't too dizzy to track properly.

You cause the caution, (Pickens flipped) Your done, Your in last (Grant) your done. Larson wins.
I was kinda against this format but after that, It was the craziest finish I ever saw.

When Pickens started to roll and the red flew, Larson was last wasn't he?
