I've had several calls but know takers yet. This track could be a real gold mine! 80acres for 800,000 that's only 10,000 per acre and we throw in a race track lol. This track comes with 5 wreckers 4 water trucks and a grader........ To much to list it is pretty much turn key! It seats 5000 on the front and 1000 on the pit side. This is a 3/8 dirt track with a steal outside wall and movable concrete barriers on the inside. It has a tall chain link fence that divides off the different areas. Equipment barn and shower house.
