Are there any decent campgrounds around Kokomo that anyone has stayed at? Thinking of coming up for the Smackdown but won't arrive until early afternoon Thursday and doubt any spots at the track will be left. White River looks nice but 45 minutes to the track equals a lot of driving. Thanks!

You might check the track as there is still room in the back off the road. West of Kokomo on 750 west is a campground Spring Hill I think is the name.

Howard county fairgrounds has camping, but I am not sure how it works. Might try their website. They are in Greentown.
