For the same money, there could be a dozen sprint/midget operations, which would have much more interest to me.

Indianapolis has a population just below 900,000. I bet their is 40,000 people that look at $25 as a reasonable donation to see this happen. I only would hope the driver would have sprint car roots.

If word got out through someone like Bob and Tom I think its very possible.

Although I think things equaled up a bunch with the new car, Theres still lots of things like crew chief and pit crew to get you to victory lane. its not like there is a abundance of cars where as many don't make it as do as at one time was the case.

Guy's

The people thing stopped back with the "Spirit of St Louis". The people today can't get enough cash together to rent a $100,000.00 ride for one of the most talented and worthy drivers in the US.

So now somebody wants to go out and buy a whole race team for a yet an unnamed driver.

I remember now>>>Didn't the cutters use to race bikes over at IU Bloomington.

Give Me A Break.

It would be awesome to see DD in the 500 for sure.

Clauson's had a shot at it.

I know a USAC Silver Crown and Sprint Car driver who could turn some heads if he had the chance. I'd like to have Dr. Who or Lee Dykstra engineer on the car.

Hint: He shares my last name and is not from the UK. He set the all time speed record for Indy Lights cars at Las Vegas but the record was attributed to Stefan Wilson.
He is the most recent winner of a 500 on Memorial Day weekend too.

Although for the money it would take we could run MSRXSS and Silver Crown series for 10 years or more.

Its great to dream about our local drivers kicking the snot out of the foreigners at the sacred brickyard anyway.
