You might try google, there are a lot of bike forums on there, and you can usually find someone who has already answered. Bob

Just to make sure, I just googled "tipover sensor delete gsxr 600", and there is a video on what you need, and how to do it, costs bout $1.95 for the resistors, looks like maybe 20 minutes, and some silicone sealer. Pretty easy! Bob

Did you ever think in your wildest dreams something like GOOGLE would ever come along.

I consider myself "GOOGLE SMART" it remembers almost everything that I ever forgot.

First place I go anymore, I've repaired my refrigerator, learned the easy way to remove the bed on my truck, repair almost any appliance, anything you ever wanted to know, and was afraid to ask, it will even correct your bad spelling, and still help you out, after all, that IS what a connection to the internet is for, or at least for me, buying decisions, reviews on any product you might be looking for, I use it every day for something. Here's a couple of links I used a little while ago on the subject with a 1000cc GSXR.

I think you want to disable it, as the video shows, otherwise it'll come back to haunt you, JMHO! Bob

The bad things with these dumb things is that they were designed to work on motorcycles and they don't do a great job there also.

What happens is you enter a turn and things are going pretty good you catch a rut,---- the sudden jar swings the sensor all the way over and you are dead in the water until you turn the switch off and on again. You can take them apart and silicone them or drill a hole in the top and inject some epoxy through the hole to immobilize the pendulum keeping it in the upright position until things harden up. The resistor trick does work but don't bet on the value of the resistors.

Forget the resistors and stick with the silicone.
I just opened up my tip over sensor and filled it with silicone.
