Just got off the phone with Troy, and I have some news on our early scheduling.

3/2: Car Show and Open Practice

3/9: Open Practice

**3/16: Non Winged Sprints**

3/23: Non Winged Sprints

3/30: Regular Show

4/6: Regular Show

4/7: Non Winged Sprints

**NOTE ON 3/16 event, we are in preliminary talks with MSCS for this show. If it isnt an MSCS show, it will be a regular show for Non Winged Sprints either paying $1,200 to win, or $1,500 to win.**

Possible Sunday shows early in the year, cutting those off during the Summer, and then picking them back up later on in the year.

The track has been made flatter, taking out some of the banking to hopefully open up more lanes of racing

The PA System on both the Grandstand side and Pits have been fixed and improved, and youll be able to hear on all sides of the stands.

Ill have more news as it comes available

North Vernon is a lot closer for me then Flora. Great to see someone doing good stuff down there. Also like the early season shows.

Saw yesterday their new website is up and running with some rules, a partial schedule , and weekly divisions.

http://www.twincitiesracewaypark.net

Web site looks nice.....much easier to read than the old one.

Hopefully the 1000cc will run there more consistently this season than they have the past few year. Would be great to see L-Burg, Brownstown and Twin Cities rotate the mini sprints from week to week.

Is the fence being repaired? Hopefully someone has cut down the vines that were growing over the turn three lights.

I am glad to see that improvements are being made. It would be nice to have another good track for sprints/midgets. Please, lets not forget the midgets. I still think they could be more popular than they seem to be now with the right track/promotion. Thanks to the new promoters for all they are doing.

The fence can only be repaired by DA...unfortunately.
