As far as USAC video service: USAC needs to look at the market and what people want and will pay for, then come up with a solution and product. Not the opposite which is, provide a solution then hope for a market response.

Spot on Jerry. Also luckily the car was laying on the angle it was that the tires didn't touch the ground and launch the car before it was shut off.

One launched as you say after hitting the wall and flipping at the Knoxville Nationals. Never seen one "jump" that far.

Yeah, when you hear the throttle stick like this, that's always the first thing you fear. There's not a thing the safety crew can do to help the driver, after that happens. Thank God it didn't happen in this case.

Heres the way i seen it and its not a knock on anyone. All Video is Promotion, For the track, The organization, The teams and their sponsors and the series sponsor.

This should be paid by them, Back Gate didn't go up a dime this year but front gate did, time to pony up and split it where it needs to go, To videographer/editor, The tracks and the purse.

Drivers, crews and tracks who do not profit from this are not doing their complete job. This is one of the best tools EVER for all of the above to promote themselves. Drivers, teams and tracks can expose themselves and their sponsors to watchers not only in the USA, but around the world. And, they can use it to try and obtain new sponsors as well. This is 2012, not 1985. It is 21st century technology. It is a strong and very effective tool. If people choose not to use it to their advantage, they only have themselves to blame for not taking advantage.
