A few thoughts and comments from a football fan. The Colts played a good game but unfortunately for them not good enough. The Saints were able to seize control of the game in the second quarter and didn't let off of the gas. The Colts defense couldn't get enough pressure on Drew Brees and he was able to pick the secondary apart with pin point accuracy. The Colts didn't lose the game, the Saints outplayed them and won it.
The Colts have shown that they can play at a high level over the course of a number of years. It will be interesting to see if the Saints can maintain this level of play and become a dynasty or if they are more like the Bears of 2007 and others who fall down to the middle of the pack. Parity in the NFL is a very interesting issue.
