Say you go from a 1 off wheel to 2 off wheel to 3 off wheel does it tighten car up from just changing wheel center. I want to leave the center of tire in same spot so I would have to move spacers. If it does tighten car why. Does it put more weight on right rear outside tire for bite?

Your are changing the roll center of the tire. The smaller the offset the less side bite on the tire. It will tighten the car just by changing wheel offset. If you space a 1" offset wheel and a 3" offset wheel the same distance the 3" will be tighter.
