The Saturday, March 27 event at Waynesfield Raceway Park will be a 410 sprint doubleheader with the MPD Racing BOSS tour and the Ti22 Performance FAST on Dirt winged tour.

This event will feature a day time start. A rain date has been set for Saturday, April 10.

The BOSS portion of the show will be the $3,000 to win “Let’s Go 30” in memory of Russ Cook. A complete BOSS and FAST purse, along with gate times and prices will be posted in the next few days.

I jumped on the Waynesfield website to check it out. Looks like it hasn’t been updated in months if not longer. I was wondering if there are any restrictions on attendance and so on with the reopening due to the virus?

Are you considering this over Brownstown?

We have been told NO attendance restrictions.

The BOSS purse for this event has grown. Another family member of Mr Russell Cook kicked in an extra $500 toward the purse. Another $50 will go to the first B-Main non transfer, making it $200 to be the first man out.

Every position just grew another $25 from 3rd place on back making it now a $3,000 to win race that will guarantee $375 to start the 30 lap "Let's Go 30".

Watch for a complete purse breakdown, gate times and prices in the next few days!

Remember, just 2 classes - badass BOSS non wing sprint cars and the wicked winged FAST on Dirt 410 sprints!

No Oppweld, just curious is all. With crickets from Eldora I’ve just been paying a little attention to other Ohio tracks. I’m glad to hear Waynesfield has the ok and I wish them well. Actually have a couple buddies trying to get me to go to Brownstown this Saturday
