FAST Adds April 17th Event at Waynesfield

After a highly successful opening night in March, the stars and cars of the Ti22 Performance FAST on Dirt tour praised promoter Shane Helms for the effort he's put into Waynesfield Raceway Park and his support of the tour. Now, with 2 shows in the books, race number three, scheduled for April 24th in southeast Ohio has been cancelled. Hearing about the cancellation and numerous calls from teams and fans, Helms and the FAST tour have struck a deal to add a show on Saturday, April 17th paying $4,000 to win.

With Atomic Speedway idle and Fremont Speedway's season opener still another week off, it is the last prime Saturday night opportunity for a while and it allows Waynesfield to bring in the winged 305 sprint cars for their first appearance in 2021. The 305's will be running for the weekly Fremont payout.

Over the last few days FAST reached out to all eleven race teams chasing the 2021 points and got unanimous affirmation to add the event. We are overwhelmed at the show of support from the racers and fans alike and extend a sincere thank you to Helms, the Shobe's and everyone helping make the event happen on short notice.
