Saturday made my first trip to LPS and I love it. Right after parking, talked to Joe S. and seen the mud packer. Very cool looking. Made my way up the hill to the stands. The location and geography of the stands made it awesome about race time with no sun at all to your back as it tucked behind the trees. The concession area was nice looking and so was the facilities. The racing was awesome (sprints, modifieds, super stocks and bombers). I wasn't expecting the temps to drop that fast so I only stayed until the second sprint feature was over because I had no jacket. The track didn't expect it to drop that fast either (they ran out of hot chocolate during the night) I suppose. I will be back by the end of the season (at least for the 25th race for the bonfire). Also the fireworks were pretty cool also.
