I am planning on going to Haubstadt Sunday for the MSCS show, but am considering about going to Putnamville Saturday and then down to Haubstadt. I have never been to LPS. Is it worth the trip? Good seating, can you bring coolers? Any help/suggestions is appreciated.

It's definitely worth the trip. The seating is great. The bleachers are concrete with plenty of room between the rows to set up lawn chairs. They also rent out plastic stadium like seats for one dollar a night. There is also a large porch area behind the main grandstand where you can set chairs or just stand around and visit other fans. They allow coolers but no carry in alcohol, they have bud and bud light on tap. As for the racing, some of the best races I've seen this year has been at LPS. Come on down and enjoy a great night of racing.

Yes, yes and yes (can't carry in alcohol). The racing is always exciting!

Not sure how Spiker will do it, but at other tracks I've been to, they run a second feature form the cars than didn't make the a-main.
