Okie: I'm pretty sure Mortboyz means, his
neck is not broke, but the middle of his back (T3) is fractured and reportedly with several bone fragments...
With the poor quality of that video you can't tell what really happened. I'm not too sure the top of the cage even hit the track, or anything for that matter, after the initial roll... IMO, the sudden stop on the concrete floor which is 6 feet lower than track surface is what may have caused Tim's injury.
