The finish from Dean (not the USAC website!!! ) East, Wilson, Hagen, Coons, Hmiel, Whitt, Santos, D Armstrong, Hines, Gardner, Clarke, Jones, Darland, Gingas, Livernash. Only yellow was for Darland who spun!

Whew.... Glad you all saw that too... For a second I thought I was seeing things!!! Susan, See you next week and YAY, we are back to dirt starting tomorrow!!!

I just looked at the USAC website. The photo of Bobby East at Toledo seems to indicate that the Chevy-type heads are still on the "Ford" engine in that Klatt sprinter. Those guys at Beast are really talented. I also noted that both the car and Bobby's uniform still sport that blue oval, so that means it really is a "Ford". Right?
