Hows the pavement format work? Not many cars, but still ran heats who starts where?

Last night they lined them up by qualifying times. Inverting the top six.

Sorry Susan but I dont have any contact with Dave at all! Toledo is awful with phone service! I was hoping to get some updates at USAC but of course no such luck! I will let you know if I find anything out!
