To bad It won't keep illegals from driving. Iv'e heard several people involved in accidents with illegals, no license, no insurance and the cop just let them go.

I wasn't commenting on the law or the punishment, just POCF's statement (tied in with "we") that law-abiding drivers needn't worry about cameras at intersections, etc.

Hell no it shouldn't be legal to speed or to run red lights. That's ridiculous. I never run red lights/stop signs and I practically never speed, because there's literally no advantage to doing so. But I sure have had my head up my ass a time or two and sped when I didn't mean to, or realized a light was red and not been able to stop in time.

Guess I'm "only out for myself" though.

Thats great and true. However We the people are brainwashed into "WE CAN PROTECT YOU" WE CAN HELP YOU! It's for the Children. It's bad for you. For the Environment! ECT. ECT.

What ever happend to forming your own opinion? AND TELLING YOUR GOVT. WHAT IT IS!

Now Paulson can say 700billion will solve it. ECT. ECT. Can you say Hyper inflation. 23 percent car loans for people with good credit?

This Govt needs thrown in Jail for Treason because WE THE PEOPLE SAID NO to the bailout and they said YES ANYWAY. RESPRESENTING THEIR DISTRICTS WISHES IS EXACTLY THEIR JOB.

This isn't partisan. This is ALL OF THEM save a few people with integrity remaining.

If any Hoosier wants to keep fom smiling at the DMV, just think about IU basketball. However, let's not discuss SIU Salukis basketball, it's just as bad.

OK, driving since '58. 2 speeding tickets and 1 stop sign violation. But nobody heard me whine about cameras being used to help issue traffic tickets. If ya do the "crime" ya gotta do the "time". I paid all three tickets without pizzing and moaning 'cause I deserved all three. Heck, I might even get another if camera usage spreads before I'm done terrorizing the highways. :wink
In fact, I really have to be careful in your neck of the woods, because onlydirt once threatened to "get even" with me next time I get to Kokomo.

I was being sarcastic in my post that you were commenting about, because I find it to be silly for people to get their knickers in a twist over cameras being used in traffic enforcement.
