Melmo, were you sitting in the turn 4 bleachers about 12 rows up Friday?

I hope the stands are full of people there to see one driver and he pulls a "FATHEAD"

I only see one problem here, at Manzy they practice on Tuesdays and they are having a practice session this coming tuesday. There wasn't one scheduled last week and unless he wanted to rent out the track both times, I don't see that being true, also I think they would have announced something this past weekend about him being there and practicing.

Can it actually be confirmed--Eyewitness Confirmed--that this practice session that supposedly included Steve Kinser took place? As in: Any photographers allowed to document it? Any attendees not presumably sworn to some kind of secrecy able to confirm? Any representative of either Manzanita or Steve Kinser Racing inclined to speak for the record?
Because until any of the above happens, I'll have to presume it's all funhouse speculation. Let's face it: It is in neither SKR nor Manzanita's interests to keep mum on this development if it IS, in fact, a development. Because it would immediately draw HUGE attention to an already-illustrious event, sell all remaining tickets, ratchet up to mega-event status a race that could use a transcendent storyline that it currently lacks (no offense to the return of JJ Yeley) and guarantee the attendance of some notable racing personalities that would be merely speculated to appear otherwise. To this last point I venture that quite a few Cup persons would wish to witness this Return of The King.
Call me a pessimist, but I'll believe it when I hear, read or see it...

I was at the last scheduled practice on Tuesday October the 7th at Manzy. Which was the last scheduled practice. No Steve Kinser sighting. There is also a practice scheduled for tomorrow night the 21st at Manzy. I will be there. Practice nights are always on Tuesday nights at Manzy. The only way it could have happened on a Wednesday is if the track was rented.

The day Steve Kinser rents a track in order to "practice" at it is the day he schedules a fully-promoted race at that venue, for the "practice".
Thanks for the eyewitness account of no Kinser attendance. It rings with far more of the sound of truth than the rumors that he will be racing.

Even though he said it was to shut the critics up and hed never do it again after his Big E CRA win. I got no problem. The man can flat drive.

Chuck, serious threat for the win, no matter how long hes been out. It's vision and knowing what you can and can't do.

He rented Paragon this spring, or at least had his cars at the track practicing on a week day. I saw SKR cars on the track and his hauler in the pits but I can't say for sure he was driving.
