I can not understand why a track would want a liquior licesne, with cost of liquior liablity insurance and the chance of getting sued over a liquior accident. Let a caterer take all the resposniblity,no worrys and you make a buck on space rental for the track owner. |

www.in.gov/atc all the laws are posted here.
i carry a temp alcohol permit. The reason i sell beer is to make money, the same reason we sell food and drinks. If your not in it to make money you are a fool. I gotta go now and wax my mercedes and clean my mansion. ![]() Have a great weekend and just go and enjoy some racing. |

Again it seems it would be smarter to let a caterer sell the beer and take all the responiblilty, you can charge them a fair rent and everybody is happy. You make money with no liability, the caterer makes money and the fans can bring in their own beer. |
