Last time I checked the soil around Vincennes was sandy clay, a lot better for corn soy beans and especially Decker Melons. Why would you want to build a track with Haubstadt, Terre Haute, Flora and Red Hill all within 50 miles?

Jiggs no longer involved in Indiana Sprint Car Racing would be a tremendous loss to the sport. Gas City's success has not come by accident.
