Just a heads up. Parking at the Indiana State Fairgrounds has been increased to $8.00 as of January 1st. This is an increase from the previous $5.00.

I went to a show this past weekend and between the $8.00 parking charge and the $12.00 admission it was like a $20.00 cover charge before I even got to see anything.

Leary Shock Technology will be there!! We will have a few used shocks for sale and will also have a couple of our 5 shock sprint car packages available for sale!!

Among vendors at the CTE will be two racing books for sale. Dave Argabright and John Mahoney will be present to sell and sign their latest effort (with co-author Pat Sullivan), Modern Thunder, a history of USAC Sprint car racing from 1981-2017. The other book for sale and signing is Racing with Faith, a collective of 22 fictional short stories, written by yours truly.

Join Dave, John and myself for some book/racing talk and general hilarity.

Thank you for sharing this information with everyone! This is correct, the State Fairgrounds did increase their parking costs to $8.00.

Please note that all vendors and consignors received a free parking pass within their packet so that they will not be charged parking costs for set-up on Friday or during the event on Saturday.

All general admission visitors would be subject to the parking fee.

Going to try another suggestion! Something a tad bit different. Going to designate a small area as a car corral. Do you have a car to sell? Have you been thinking about it and just putting it off? Do you have a Sprint car? Modified? Midget? Vintage Race Car? Street Stock? Mini Sprint? Go-kart? Silver Crown?

This space is limited to cars only - no parts, memorabilia, or any other items can be sold in this space!!

You can pay $25 and bring your car in for an inexpensive chance to sell it at the Indy Circle Track Expo on Saturday, Jan 26th.

Your car would need to be in no later than 1:00 pm on Friday, January 25th, unless it is less than 10' wide and can be pushed in to place. To take advantage of this great opportunity, please call 765-366-2263 to reserve your spot!

Space is limited and will be on a first come, first serve basis. By reserving a space, you will also receive a free parking pass for the show.
