F1 introduced their halos a few weeks back in Melbourne. This weekend, IndyCar will debut their new aero screens to be used on ovals.

No set time for implementing it. Could be in 2018 but most likely next year.

We can all be happy to tune in to Live (I think) Qualifying tonight on NBCSN & see what the cars do look like!

They look fine. If they work that will be a good thing. Indy cars are butt ugly anyhow, the only time they are attractive is on a oval going 220 mph.

The new aero looks pretty damned good if you ask me. Even F1 fans are salivating over it and that's a testy bunch.

The original sched I saw on RACER.com may be incorrect, I'm thinking Q may air b4 the race 2mrw...i don't c it on the Xfinity TV guide 2nit

Just watched Indy car qualifying in AZ.Scary fast,and that was on TV
