I saw one of these trucks at Winchester in the infield. Looked pretty well equipped. Two different Holmatro "Jaws of Life". Reminded me of NHRA'a Safety Safari. I had not seen this prior to Winchester.

USAC had them on the Eastern swing, and used one of them as the pace vehicle.

I believe USAC had them out for the first time at the night before the 500. They pulled them out on the front stretch and described the equipment they were carrying.

Bob Gompf has an SUV similarly equipped at all Lawrenceburg shows and at any other tracks supported by him and his team of push trucks. Fire extinguishers, jaws of life, shovels, kitty litter, the whole nine yards. :thumb

How do they fit all that stuff in a Toyota Corolla? And then put in 9 yards?:O:
