I've been trying to find out if the march race is going to be USAC rules. I'm assuming since its a points race it will be, but I heard rumors they were gonna run chili bowl cars to boost car counts. Any info would be appreciated. I just Dont want to dismount tires and tear apart wheels just to put them back!

USAC National Midget rules will be in effect for the March 19th event as it is a National points paying event.

Hope to see you there!

Bryan,

Assuming either a USAC license or a TP for this race? Also assuming more details to come, looking forward to getting to run indoor at DuQuion again thanks in advance for putting the effort in to put this together.

I have not been informed of any tire rule changes... We will use the USAC National rulebook as it is a USAC National Points paying event... It should be a Hoosier SP-2, SP-3, or SP-4 on the RR only.

What will be the race format? Will it be standard Usac format with qualifying? I loved the chili bowl format used in December. I'll be going either way as the racing at DuQuoin is insanely good.

That is what really matters

Midgets will use the chili bowl format that was used in December. Have no fear, we have come up with several ways (some fun and creative, and some as simple as a format cheat sheet) to help keep everyone informed and help the fans understand what is going on throughout the night!
