I would too, John, but it won't happen. Maybe if it was a little closer, but that's a good 9+ hours for me. Besides that, I've made too many Indiana trips this year, plus the Gold Crown is coming up in about 6 weeks. After that I'm all out of bullets until the Chili Bowl, unless I manage to convince myself to go to the Oval Nationals or Turkey Night.

Probley going to get alot of crap but just wanted to get this back to first page. I know the smackdown is going on but this event is only 4 days away! Just wanted to remind people. I really hope this event goes well. I would like to see power I come farther east in illinois for I can make some more races. Just a reminder to every one. This promoter is taking a huge chance on this race they never have had a event this big. They have shut down over a month to prepare for this race to bring in more seating and work on the track. Lets all remember what this race is for incase your in line for parking and having to sit in line longer then you want or if u get there an hour early and have to sit in the front row whatever it is just remember everybody is going to watch or racing to help out young charlie after loosing his dad. Instead of bad mouthing track conditions or the format lets all thank the promoter for putting this race together. See everybody wednesday.

Will / does Wayne County allow coolers like Haubstadt and Terre Haute? Especially interested since its supposed to be so hot
