Saw this on 4m under late model gossip (There is a thread on it). Don't shoot the messenger; just wondering if this is true.

Heard thru the grape vine that Tim Keithly will be out as Promoter at Brownstown Speedway after the fair race and the that some guy named Jim Price has bought him out.
Can anyone confirm this or is this just a rumor?
Not trying to start any crap just wondered.

If you heard it on 4m. It's not worth the space it was typed on.

I heard the same thing from a guy at work who races at Brownstown. I'm betting the rumors are true.

i just don't see how this is gonna be a good thing for brownstown...also I know a lot of you mini sprint guys have rain out tickets from few weeks ago they were suppose to be good for tonight I just don't understand why they are only good for the fair races now the fair races are fairboard promoted events and last time I got rained out at one of the fair races they gave us our money back that night
