What is the difference between the inner ring and the outer ring?

the outer ones have the tabs for the mud cover . supose should have said r/s outer and l/s outer or inner.

Ok Thanks. I thought that was it, but as soon as I assumed, they would be different bolt pattern or something important. Where are you located? I'm coming to IN Friday.
