Charlie Shaw, Owner of the Winchester Speedway is bringing the track management back in house. Makes you wonder what is really behind this. CRA took over promotional duties after the track was closed and brought it back to life. Strange.

Attened winchester 400 last 5 years. Great asphalt race. Hope new management keeps things as strong as they have been. How about a three crown usac show all in one day. Would like a afternoon show.

Never have been a big R.J. Scott fan. I think he is as crooked as they come but the track has came back to life rather that had anything to do with dick scott or not. Hopefully we see a few more open wheel shows next year and in house concession stands with decent prices like they were before CRA was running the show.

I got to say this is great news and a long time coming. I do hope they have some midget and sprint double headers again.

Could you please be a bit more specific?
