First of all i want to apologize to everyone who made the trip down last night. I saw the radar all day long and saw the rain coming in. I was really hoping it would come and go and we would race, in the late afternoon, the radar showed rain here, and more rain after a brief period of clearing, it did just that, it rained for about 45 minutes then cleared until 6:30 when it started raining again. I hate it that many of you came down and wasted your time and money. The weather is the hardest part of my job, and i hate it. There was no way possible to get the race in last night, and i would of if we could of.
As far as rescheduling the race....Next saturday we are having the Hoosier Fall Classic featuring the All Stars winged sprints, and the Lawrenceburg Chevrolet Sprints. A decision will be made later today on whether or not the MSCS show will take place also on sat. night.
One final note, thanks everyone for the birthday wishes and the surprise party on friday night.

Maybe make it a Sunday afternoon show and give the Mods another race???? Just a thought since I will be out of town on Saturday Hope it all works out to get it in at anytime.

First of all it would be ok to reschedule the race only don`t schedule it as a mscs race.your champion is blake fitzpatrick.mscs has never rescheduled rain outs,so to set blake up with a chance to loose it would be wrong.
Im all for another 10,000 dollar race but don`t all of a sudden change the way things have been done.

Bill, MSCS does reschedule races when we can with the tracks involved. We have done it at Terre Haute multiple times and even rescheduled the rainout at lawrenceburg from this spring in May. We will discuss all options with Mr. Rudisell this afternoon.
