No BBQ Tables??...changed around this yr!!...all venders out in midway...Tables were set up inside controlled fenced area where wine tasting was on Sat....Beer tasting on Sun...tasting all varities from 1:00-4:00 ea. day for a $10.- donation w/Wine Glass Sat...or Beer Glass Sun!!....which was a great sucess...with donations goin towards race contingencies!!...(I believe??).....nice NorCal trip,safe great racin',weather,crowd Sat!!...mita been little lighter on Sun??....passing was made,n' if you did some tire management for full 30 lap feature on Sun....you mita been able ta challenge up front...with Gardner??....Sat.Results: http://www.usacracing.com/sprint_index/news_s/4054.html Sun.:http://www.usacracing.com/sprint_index/news_s/4056.html ........Not sure whose ta blame??...was'nt in Drivers Meeting!!...but MDC..DC had Fast time on Sun. but Dq'd,put to tail when didn't cross scales??...some did??...some din't??....mabe if you were in top 5 at time of qual.??....USAC went after a few,n' pushed'em ta scales??....prob. hear more on this deal!!....if nothin else!!..from DC mabe??.........

Just remembered something I thot I'd pass along from Wine tasting on Sat.!!....standing back by big oak tree,I was waitin by Autograph Table, for clear shot at,Jimmy Oskie.....Everybodys favorite on here, 'Duke Cook' had a message for Oskie......anyway b4 I know it...a guy walks up starts bendin my ear about New "Dick Gaines shirt I was wearin'....nice bench racin' we did for while....he calls over another 'shoe' by name..I first saw at Manzy way back when!!....then another joins in!!....b4 I know it....I had half the Autograph table in a circle...Steve Howard then Shane Carson then Oskie!!....all commented on "Dick Gaines Memorial" tee....made sure they knew that they came from 'Promoter of the Year"..Dave Rudisell at Lawrenceburg Speedway...that sure was neat be'n in that jaw session!!.....Racin'..How can ya beat it???.........
